Questions, answered plainly

Straight answers on payment plans, importing from China, delivery to your state, inspections, referral pay and what happens if you miss an instalment.

How do payment plans work?
Plans are available on cars already in Nigeria. You pay a deposit of at least 40%, then spread the balance over 3, 4, 5 or 6 months. There is one plan fee of 1.5% on the balance. The car is released to you when the final instalment is paid.
What do I need to apply for a plan?
A valid ID (NIN slip, passport or driver’s licence) and proof of income: three months of payslips if you are employed, or six months of bank statements if you run a business. A financing officer reviews the application, usually the same day.
How long does a car from China take?
RoRo shipping takes 45 to 60 days, a shared container 50 to 65 days, and Express 28 to 35 days, measured from the day the car sails. Add about two weeks for clearing and preparation. These are estimates, and your tracking page shows the real dates as they happen.
What do I pay for a China order, and when?
A 50% deposit places the order. A further 30% is due when the car reaches port, and the car can be released once you have paid 80%. The balance is due before handover. Your quotation lists the car, freight, insurance, clearing and delivery separately.
Can you deliver to my state?
Yes. Pick up at the showroom at no cost, or choose doorstep delivery to any state. Standard delivery uses a car carrier; express sends your car alone on a flatbed and roughly halves the time.
How does Refer & Earn pay?
Every account has a code. When someone buys with it, you earn 2% of the sale price, up to ₦2,000,000 per car. The commission becomes payable when the buyer has paid in full and is sent to your verified bank account within one working day.
Does the buyer get anything for using a code?
Yes, a discount of 1% of the price, up to ₦250,000, on outright purchases. Plan purchases and China orders do not carry the discount.
Can I test drive the car before paying?
Yes. Book a test drive from any car page or request a call, and we will agree a time at the lot where the car is kept. You are welcome to bring your own mechanic to inspect it.
What happens if I miss an instalment?
There is a three-day grace period. After that a late fee of 1% of the overdue instalment is added for each week it remains unpaid, and our team will contact you to agree a way forward.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Debit card, bank transfer and a dedicated virtual account, all through a licensed payment provider. An order is marked paid only when the provider confirms the payment; a screenshot of a transfer is not enough.
